WOODEN EDUCATIONAL WORLD MAP PUZZLE | BIGJIGS

Put the world together, piece by piece. The Bigjigs Toys Wooden Educational World Map Puzzle is a 35-piece jigsaw printed on FSC certified wood, with a beautifully illustrated map that gives children a colourful, landmark-rich introduction to world geography. The continents are colour-coded for easy identification — North America in orange, Europe in green, Asia in pink, Africa in yellow, South America in magenta and Antarctica in white — and each one is packed with illustrated animals, landmarks and cultural details to explore and talk about.

Spot the Statue of Liberty and a moose in North America, Big Ben and wind turbines in Europe, the Great Wall of China, a torii gate and a panda in Asia, a lion and giraffe in Africa, a llama and a parrot in South America, and penguins in Antarctica. Out at sea: a Viking longship, a pirate ship, a cruise liner, whales and sharks. A hot air balloon floats over the top right, and a compass rose sits in the bottom left ocean — a two-piece section that makes a satisfying standalone challenge for little ones just getting started.

The chunky wooden pieces are thick and easy to handle, made from smooth, high quality sustainably sourced FSC certified wood with a natural birch ply edge. A great puzzle to sit down with together — once it’s finished, the conversation about holidays, climates, animals and countries can begin. By Bigjigs Toys.
