PICNIC BASKET | SPEEDY MONKEY

Everything needed for the perfect pretend picnic, packed into a beautifully designed sage green suitcase. The Speedy Monkey Picnic Basket is a complete role-play food set with a generous spread of wooden food pieces, two place settings and a folded sage green picnic mat to lay it all out on.

Open the suitcase — white interior lined with a scattered botanical leaf print in rust, blush, sage and dusty blue, with the Speedy Monkey monkey badge on the lid — and pack or unpack: a triangle wooden sandwich with layered filling, a wooden watermelon slice with red and black seed detail, a round wooden chocolate chip cookie, a wooden salad bowl with lettuce, tomato and cheese pieces, two round wooden plates with a botanical leaf motif, two sets of wooden cutlery (fork and knife), a blush pink wooden cup, a terracotta wooden cup, a wooden water bottle in dusty blue with botanical leaf decal and natural wood cap, a printed orange juice carton, a printed milk carton, and a printed crisps bag. Fourteen pieces in total, all in Speedy Monkey’s coordinated Scandi palette of sage, rust, blush and natural tones.

Made from FSC-certified wood and cardboard with non-toxic paint. Clean wooden pieces with a damp cloth only. A brilliant imaginative play set for little ones who love food play, and a wonderful birthday or Christmas gift. Also by Speedy Monkey: the My Little Dog Set and My First Doll Set.
