Mayoral’s Baby Cord Puppy Dungarees are cut from a warm camel corduroy in a wide-wale cord with a soft cotton lining throughout — and the bib is where all the fun happens. A fully three-dimensional puppy face sits at the centre of the chest bib: two floppy corduroy ears in the same camel cord stand proud of the fabric, and a small embroidered dark nose sits between them on the bib face. The ears have a slightly gathered base and flop forward naturally — the kind of detail that makes every person who sees it smile involuntarily.

The dungarees fasten with natural wooden buttons — two on the bib top and one on each side of the waist for easy dressing and nappy changes — and the cross-back braces sit in a simple X at the back. The legs taper to a snug ribbed cuff at the ankle in a matching camel ribbed jersey, and the wide-leg body has a generous relaxed fit throughout for comfortable movement at every age from newborn.
