Giraffe 1-5 Puzzle | Lanka Kade

A perfect first counting puzzle from Lanka Kade — five chunky interlocking pieces that slot together to build a wonderfully upright standing giraffe. The 1–5 range is Lanka Kade’s introductory series, designed for younger children just beginning to count, and the giraffe is one of the most satisfying shapes in the collection: the long neck sweeps up through pieces 1 and 2, the body spans pieces 3 and 4, and the rear haunches and legs form piece 5. Each piece is a different bold colour — orange at the head, red, green, sky blue and rust — with brown diamond spot markings painted consistently across all five pieces to reinforce the giraffe pattern even as the colours change.

The giraffe face on piece 1 is full of character: a large black eye with a white highlight, black nostril marks, and two proper ossicone horns on the top of the head. A lovely first puzzle and a gentle introduction to number sequencing through colour and shape. By Lanka Kade.
