The rattle features a round plush elephant head in soft cream/ivory with embroidered dot eyes and a subtly embroidered nose, a plush trunk, and two large floppy plain sky blue ears. Small cream plush arms sit either side of the neck. The rod/handle body is a smooth, plain sky/powder blue plush fabric, and a cream/ivory bulbous rounded base at the bottom contains the rattle mechanism — giving a gentle shake and sound with every movement.
