This colourful die-cut under the sea birthday card from Rachel Ellen's Cookie Cutters range is cut into the shape of a bold number 2 in bright teal, packed with cheerful sea creatures: a smiling whale with rosy cheeks, a green spotty octopus with a red starfish perched on top, a little crab in a pot, a pink jellyfish in a party hat with rainbow striped tentacles, and a whole shoal of colourful tropical fish darting all around. Green seaweed, white bubble circles and gold foil dot details complete the underwater scene, with “Happy Birthday” in a white oval at the centre.
