WOODEN PIZZA FOOD TOY & FRACTION LEARNING TOY | BIGJIGS

Quite possibly the cleverest pizza in the toy box. The Bigjigs Wooden Pizza Toy combines pretend play and fraction learning in a single beautifully made set — and the fraction part is genuinely clever: as slices are lifted from the round wooden board, fraction markings printed on the base reveal themselves: 1/6, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 and so on, turning every serving moment into a natural numeracy conversation.

The round natural beech board has a long paddle handle for serving and holds six pizza slices, each printed with a yellow cheese base and red tomato sauce edges. Six sets of loose wooden toppings are included to arrange freely across any slice: dark red pepperoni rounds, green cucumber rounds, pale grey mushroom pieces, purple red onion rings, yellow pineapple chunks and pink ham rectangles. A wooden pizza cutter with a red handle and silver wheel completes the set. Compatible with the Bigjigs Dinner Service Set (BJ617) for extended serving play. Made from responsibly sourced wood; conforms to current European safety standards. By Bigjigs Toys.
